After various test, I feel that dex > men build is the most effective for wanderer.

Men wanderer I'm back! 22000+ heal for drake guardian heal water. 11000+ for advanced and mastered heal water. 2700+ men stats.

Enlighten class I'm coming.. Dex build wow I love those crits \[o. O]/
