Stats Guide

    I thought I'd make a basic guide on stats as there is a very limited explanation in game:

    Every time you level up you receive 2 status points which you can invest on the status screen (Character>Status)

    You can put points into STR, INT, MEN, VIT, and DEX. Each of these affects your characters build as explained below:

    STR: Increases your ATK
    INT: Increases you MATK
    MEN: Increases you max SP and MDEF
    VIT: Increases your max HP and DEF
    DEX: Increases your HIT


    ATK = Physical attack power
    MATK = Magical attack power (including healing power)
    SP = Usually referred to as MP or Mana i.e. spell points required to use skills
    HP = Health points
    MDEF = Magical defence
    DEF = Physical defence
    HIT = Critical hit rate (some passive skills are also affected by this); this also increases the minimum damage your attacks will do (damage range)

    I'd like to add that you receive bonus stats each time you put 20 points in one specific attribute.
    2 points instead of 1 for 20, 4 instead of 1 for 40...

    You're welcome, check it out, you'll see that bonuses are getting more and more better now that update's out.

    this one goes out to "Night". im a bit confused about the stat bonus. lets see if i have this right...
    if im at level 20 and grind up to 30 without distributing points, i'll have 20 points to distribute... if i put them all on strength, strength goes up by 40 instead of 20? sorry guys im just a bit too amped up with this possibility. please get back to me and thanks for your time.

    Each time you level up, You should add your two statuts points. You can keep them but it won't change a thing if You spend them later: you'll have the same bonuses.
    I'm going to take your example: if you're level 20 and you grind to level 30, you'll have two points each level. You'll have the same bonuses if You spend them each level and if You spend them all at level 30.

    for my ranger should i put most points in str and dex? i know in other mmo's rouge and rangers use dex and stuff.but this game im not to sure

    I have 75 points in Int and 25 in Dex and I do not see any extra bonus points. The only extra bonus pts I have are from equipment and passives (guild & personal) only. Where would it show the bonus pts? What are the bonus pts supposed to affect? Why do I not see them?

    you don't see them cause they are in your Status for Int your bonus is in Matk Min and Dmg and for Dex you can see it in Hit here I did a Stat list for Str and Dex also Int is just like Str they both get the same Stat bonus just in different Dmg.

    I think get it. I was expecting bonus stats that are located next to the status +5 or something, but you are saying it affects my Matk and Hit not the stats. I believe I understand now and thank you for the detailed list.

    No as far as my knowledge goes. Some claim there is an increase in things like cool down, or evade speed, but no substantial evidence has been given... As far as I know

    I haven't personally researched too deeply into the subject

    Short answer no.

    Longer answer, which speed? Movement? Skill animation? Cooldowns? Thier are orbs and a rogue skill that increases movement speed as well now with rebirth released also increases movement speed. Skill animations can be only altered with skill branches that have them and lost spellers passive and mage's base skill buff. Cooldowns are affected only by weapons, orbs, skill branches. All in all however none of the base 5 stats nor the atk/matk, def/mdef, item wight, will affect it.
