Shop Problems

    I purchased Fortune teller thing and i've won the bonus set (Expand book set). I checked my Shop box, both my chars' inventories and my storage. It's nowhere to be found. What can i do about this problem?

    Try Restarting Avabel and then Go to see if your Gem have Change then go Login and check your Shop Box+Inventory again.

    I tried relogging twice its still not there. I purchased it like 6 hours ago.

    Ight, does anyone ever open the shop and it just close them out of the game altogether? I've had the gem issue as well and now this? Anyone have a suggestion?

    Yeah,I'm having the same problem since last year. Everytime I enter the shop,it says 'Connection error'. I got no Internet issues nor memory issues.I hope there's a solution to this.

    I really feel your pain dude. I had gotten into a similar issue about me purchasing 27 gems as well. I had to call the google play services to get it solve. The phone call seems very helpful and said that I'll get my refund after all :). So now I'm waiting for my email link to see when I'm getting my refund. It really sucks that you, me , and others have to go through this predicament. Avabel is a great game, but having issues like this will it make ratings go down a lot to be honest.

    [Edit]: This happened today by the way. If anyone knows how long it takes to get the refund, please let me know. There's a avatar spin that's going to be disappearing soon and I really want to the spins for it.

    Found error...Error was on my security questions. (I was keep typing correct answer but it kept saying wrong answer and got locked...and can't reset it by email or phone because I typed wrong email address and phone isn't connected..)
