No they have to be rifted or you have to get back to the level in which is required to equip them again.

Think that's the cap for Rebirth then?
    150 is cap for non-Rebirthers I know.

That first point in Pros in the Quote below.
To be honest I'm not too sure if this is per rebirth or just only once. If it's per rebirth, that would mean you would get +80 if you have 8 rebirths... o.o"
That +10 true bonus would then be the amount of the cap we have at 150 per stat... meaning that each rebirth might get you that extra +10 extension.
... But I might be wrong now... looking at the last point.. x'D

Yet.. now just did a mini research on the HK Wiki (sadly it won't be updated anymore I notice; but the info is still there).
The Rebirth page somewhere translates from Traditional Chinese to English as follow:

" ► The maximum value of the collocation point (150 for the non-reincarnation)will be +10 per rotation "
    Source: http://translate.google.nl/translate?hl=nl&sl=zh-CN&tl=en&u=http://www.hkgavabel.wiki/career/rebirth

Messed up translation as always, Google-san. That aside, this sentence seems to be pointing out the cap of the stats that's capped at 150. So this sentence says it's indeed +80 stats if you've rebirthed 8 times.

tl;dr Short answer might be a "Yes".

I guess I'm a bit confused by some of the terminology. (Still very new)

(Keep in mind class doesn't matter I just always say revenger cause it's what I play.)

So when you start, you have a set a skills in revenger or any class.

Now when you rebirth, I've heard two different things.

    Either one skill carries over.
(that you mastered whatever that means)

    or

    All carry over.

So to make this more of a simple question to follow.

Say I am revenger, I have a set of skills by default.

Now, I want to be grim reaper.
So all my basic skills are there.
Then I finally get my advanced class reaper.

Now I have in this scenario the default skills, and reaper skills.

Now I rebirth after making it to 100.

What exactly in terms of skills carries over. (Items and all that doesn't matter to me.)

Sorry for grave digging, just trying to understand it all before there's no return at level 31.

    Cheers!

I think it's indeed the trouble of terminology here. xd
Continuing on your example with Base Class Revenger and Advanced Class Grim Reaper.
When you've Mastered all its skills (which means getting all of Grim Reaper's skills to Lv 10. allows you to take just one active skill that's not Hidden nor passive over to another class, like e.g. Nightmare.

    Then. The rebirth story.
When you rebirth at Lv100 Base Class Revenger, Advanced Class Grim Reaper, your level will indeed turn back to Lv31, but this time all of Grim Reaper's skills are put into your Novice Skills tab (where you see dash, jump, normal attack, first aid etc.).

Mastering an Advanced Class and Rebirthing as an Advanced Class are two similar yet different things :p

I see, I think I'm starting to understand a little more. But where I got confused is, you said if I mastered all the skills, I could bring one over to another class, but you also said that when I rebirth they all Cary over under the novice tab?

Thanks for all the info man! I appreciate you taking the time to help me out.

With all Skills mastered means only from that Advanced Class.
So Only the skills under the tab of Grim Reaper being at Lv10 will get you a chance on choosing any Active Skill to carry over to another Advanced Class. So as Nightmare, Vampire and other classes, you can use your chosen Skill from Grim Reaper. It'll be moved to a new tab of Master Job Skills.
If you Master e.g. Nightmare's Skills too at Lv10, you can choose yet another of now Nightmare's Active Skills as Master Job Skill. So if you're e.g. Vampire, you can use the chosen Grim Reaper AND chosen Nightmare Skills.

Let's say you're then changing back to Grim Reaper because you reached Lv100 as Character to rebirth for free, you're rebirthing.
Then ALL the skills of Grim Reaper will be put into Novice tab.
So then you'll get the following:
    -Grim Reaper Lv31 Rebirthed once.
    -Grim Reaper's tab: Skills resetted.
    -Revenger's tab: no change.
-Novice's tab: Grim Reaper's Skills because you rebirthed.
Note that when you're rebirthing, all your advanced classes will be resetted too, so the Master Job Skills will too.

Got you, so basically if I wanted to be a straight up strong reaper. I should probably pick reaper, master all skills, carry one over. Then do it all again and pick yet another skill from reaper to transfer. And repeat until I have all of them eventually that have carried over?

It seems like the point in carrying a skill over after RB to a completely different class would be to make a hybrid type character if I'm understanding correctly.

not quite... Look. Mastering is a thing before Rebirth got introduced.
So if you want to do that thing you just stated, you should rebirth just one Advanced Class at a time (although this will take a lot of time and more difficult with just one skill at start).
Mastering more classes and then rebirthing will result you in losing those Mastered Job Skills because Rebirth itself will reset all Advanced Classes, so your Mastered Job Skills will disappear again. Also Mastering a Class can only let you choose one skill to carry over before each rebirth. You cannot get more than one skills as Master Job Skill from the same Advanced Class. You can however always change which skill you want as Master Job Skill at the Advanced NPC Class.

Rebirthing at other hand will carry over ALL of the rebirthed Advanced Class' skills to Novice, so you can use them anytime.
