after rebirth, are base class skills with weapon specific requirement also lifted? like cr crackbind axe only skll, can it be used with blunt after rb?
been away from ava for 4months after Abimo frick fracked up my account
I'm going to have to say no. The skills that have their restrictions lifted are the skills moved to the novice area. Since the base skills are still in the base class area, you still have to abide by those skill restrictions.
And you are correct in stating that.
If I rift a weapon before I rebirth. When I rebirth it will still be rifted and useable correct? Just making sure about it.
Yes. Rebirth removes the weapons (and armors) currently equipped. If is it rifted to your character, then you can just put it back on.
hmm...I think the advance skill that you were rebirth with is also lifted...(I've seen people using battle cracker's skill with 2h sword)
Thats what he just said, why repeat that in different wording?
Crackbind isn't an advanced class skill. It is on the base class. That's what the person was asking. Since Crackbind is a base class skill, it still has its weapon restrict on.
ooh now i understand~ thx~~
The answer to that question is yes. I saw a collab video between Karma (and Engrave's) channel where they fought two rebirthed Acolytes. One of them rebirth as a monk but unlocked monk again. They were able to perform their hidden TWICE in a row. I'll link the video. I believe 6:30 is where they start mentioning it.
If this is the case, my question now becomes, "Do the rebirth passives and advanced class passives stack?" I'll use the example of Assassin. If they get +30 Attack for dual-wielding daggers, would they get plus +60 for dual-wielding them if they rebirth with the passive and used the class again? If the answer is yes, then rebirth might be more broken than originally thought. (In my case, imagine rebirthing as Battle Force and Enchanter and unlocking Enchanter again. That's two crit passives and a crit buff based on Strength. Crits for life.)
I figured that after rebirth the skill that we take with us will have significant increase in SP consumption, anyone knows why?
I guess it is for balancing purposes. You do get an increase in SP as well, so you might not feel the difference (especially if you already had a lot of SP).
Thats exactly whats it is for.
Answer to your en/bf/en situation is yes they stack.
That's kinda scary. I want to see a DEX STR build creator with those in effects in pvp. (STR is needed to for the BF crit buff.) Maybe I get around to playing with it later.
So you rebirth as the class you currently have equipped? What if you have your base class equipped?Like basic Acolyte or basic Rogue etc
You have to have be in an advanced class in order to rebirth. The advanced class has to have job master (all skills level 10) in order to be used for rebirth. (Can't job master base class)
In other words, nothing because the process would not occur.
So i was told about a blader who uses 2 hnad swords? Told me he can use 2 hand swords coz hes rebirthed?
Any ideas how and why?
(Would it kill people to at least look in a relevant thread first?)
I'll post a link to the rebirth thread: http://avabelforums.com/threads/rebirth.10122/
When you rebirth, the advanced class you were using has its skills moved to the novice area. At that point, those skills can be used with any weapon.
