I found something interesting out about the VIT and the MEN stats, not only do they increase the hp/sp and def/mdef but the regain rates of these is not only based on the total amount of hp/sp at the time but also the amount of vit/men that you have.

Ill explain the test I did, it used two rogues ( one my guild mate). I never counted how fast each tick was. And my assumption about the HP is based on that hp and sp are like two sides of a coin.

My rogue (lv 71) had 50+10 men and with without any gear i would regain 17 every tick. (799 max SP ) <% 2.12765 of max sp> now with a maxed four star aither and 2 mental chokers (150 sp each ) i would regain 23 per tick ( 1334 max SP) < % 1.72413 of my max sp count>

my guild mates rogue (LV 74) has no men aside from the basic 5+10, and She regained 10 sp ( she had 633 max SP ) < that is % 1.57977 of the max amount> per tick without armor. And with the same gear as above she regained 14 per tick <%1.19863 of the max sp count> (1168 max sp)

A while ago i had 30+10 men and regained 21 SP with those same gear execpt the rings were lv 60 MEN rings so it was 30+26

I will let you all think about what this all means and if you can make sense of it your self but from what I get is the regain rate is based on a combination of %s from both max sp and how much men you have ( that is the adjusting variable).

I would try and find the exact numbers of each of this...but its late and i got a job interview tomorrow so ill let someone else with some above average math skills figure this one out.

MATH, ITS POWEH~!
