    it does have something to do with older devices, not much older but in terms of MMO companies running certain engines to support their games. iPhone 4, i noticed mine when I'm at the character screen my characters flash between full detail color to black, back to color back to black. its mostly a compatibility issue. any iOS will crash more than any android simply because the engine (from my assumption, someone tell me if I'm wrong) is primarily made compatible with android phones. ever tried running avabel on iPad 1 and 2 when avabel first came out? i couldn't even move with out freezing and crashing. compatibility issue.

    I just did a factory reset but the game doesn't work.. I'm very dissapointed atm :dead:

    I just did a little research on the galaxy tablet 3, and the first one that shows up has 8GB + 1GB. My old iPod was an 8G and I always had a hard time running Avabel. Your tab has 8GB or is there more?

    Thanks "koku_rou142" for your research and response. Mine is 16GB+1GB. The game run well before last update but now the problem isn't performance, it doesn't start :sorry:

    Thanks Sakura! Perhaps is the model... If someone has my same model (Galaxy TAB3 10.1) and is playing well or have the same issue, please tell me.

    You can check the Avabel reviews on Play Store to see if players who use the same device experience the same problem. Just select All Reviews > Options > From this device model only.

    This happened before too in tab 3 after a major update. The game just stopped working. They fixed it after several weeks.

    Yup i checked that but only are 1 and it's like me "doesn't work after last update" too.

    You're not the only one man, I'm also using the Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 ( 16GB + 16GB ) and the game does not even start after the update. I'm wondering is there a fix to it?

    I have the same problem to. They updated yesterday and I thought it would fix tablet no luck. Mine domt even goto black screen to start game. Just say app stop working.

    I was crossing my fingers while the game update but unfortunately our problem was not fixed... :sorry: They contacted me for this problem, and this is their useless (for me) response:

    there is a chance that your mobile device does not meet the games requirements for playing.

    - Dual core CPU
    - 300MB available ram or more)
    - Android(TM) OS Ver. 2.3 and above
    *If your device applies above, however some issues that may occur on Android systems will also depend on factors other than the OS, such as RAM, hardware, and software.

    Also we recommend that you please try and check the following.

    -If there is not much memory available on your device, secure a sufficient amount of memory by removing any excess data (by transferring the photos and musics in the device to pc.)
    -If your connection is not stable, please play where you can maintain a stable connection, and/or try connecting via Wi-Fi
    -Close the other applications that are not in use
    -Restart your device
    -Uninstall, and re-install application

    2 game updates after crash, and the problem is not resolved. Asobimo support by mail one answer only (seems a "default" useless answer) after a week (last post). I love this game but i don't going to pay/play/loose my time with this lack on support...
