    Yes just make a new gmail and log in to that then follow the steps to transfer, but if you wanna access your other accounts you need to log out of that gmail and log into the other account.

    had it solved actually, it worked. Just a follow up question though, does Avabel works well on Android 5 now? I'm planning to get HTC nexus 9 but I saw that the OS is already updated to Android 5, that made me skeptic as to whether or not Avabel will already work on this os version.

    So I woke up one morning after running an update on my iPhone but surprise something went wrong and the phone made me do a factory reset. No biggie I thought I'll just run my backup and I'm good...wrong I lost data from the last year or so is there anyway to retrieve character data??

    I have a problem in my ASUS memopad 8 while playing some parts of the map becomes black when i am advancing how can i fix this?

    Also crashes on Dell venue 7.1 tablet with android 4.4.4. Very annoying hope this maintenance fixes the issue.

    but there's no update on playstore? i tried to clear cache of playstore, restart phone, un-install, re-install but still same. it says i need to update.

    but when i look at the current version of the client which is 3.5.19

    and still o cant play because it says need to update? where do i get the update? where to update the game?

    i forgot, im running on kitkat ver 4.4.2

    Lattest version is 3.5.19 your right, try to install na older version and then update, if the update does't show (from the playstore app in your device ( my apps) and update all, sometimes single update doesn't show and that usually works for me). If not send them an e-mail to avabel online http://avabelonline.com/contact/ this is a fan made forum no real costumer support here just us guys helping out, good luck.

    Every time I download the game from the play store, then open the app to let it download additional data.. It always hangs at 75%. The game then crashes. Opening the game again yields identical results. Clearing data and cache and reinstalling doesn't help either. I've had this issue on my Note 3, Note 4, and currently my Note Edge..
    Is there a way to overcome this issue? Is there a way to manually download the full client to bypass the 2nd download/ install?

    I just got avabel on my ipod and everytime i run the app it goes to the loading screen then its stops at 75% and it crashes. I tried to delete and reinstall the app and turned off device and back on but still nothing. This is very annoying and so does anybody know to fix this? If so it would be much appreciated if u share. Thanks!

    Oh you got a edge OvO neat I thought any getting one but that's interesting when I had my note 4 everything worked fine I think you could try and restart your device. That might help

    I tried this but after opening the app after my device boots, I still experience the game freezing at 75% then force closing. Tried the same thing on my Note 3 and it does exactly the same thing.
    Any further help would be appreciated, thanks!

    Same thing happens to me on my ipod, it just loads up to 75% then crashes instantly. :cool: I tried deleting and reinstalling the game and even turn device off but still nothing. Any ideas on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated. Ty!!

    Did you move the app to a different storage? If you do try to move it back to where it came from and try to clear the cache and clear the data again,.
