    Try restart device, clear cache, force close game, don't use other programs when playing or maybe is your connection.

    I have also the same problem with that .. After the mainance of avabel i cant open it.. My ios version is 8.1.2 and it is updated already.. I attached my screenshot here to see it and i hope you guys can help me regarding with this problem of mine

    Try deleting the app, and reinstalling it. Its on iOS so your characters and data are bound to your device. I used to have the same problem when i was playing on my iphone and ipad mini as well.

    I forgot to ask, which device are you using? Ipad mini 1 or 2, iphone 5, C, S, or iphone 6 or 6+. Ipad mini 1 on ios 8+ will have problems running a game like avabel

    Hi fellow players. I need help, have a friend here who cant access the avabel, the problem is ever since she updated the latest one she cant open avabel anymore, what it does is when i open the app it loads up to 10 to 20% then suddenly blacks out then does the load again (less than 50%, its random), it does that until it closes the app by itself, and theres no error appearing on the phone or codes etc. Measures done were:

    1. Reinstalled the game multiple times
    2. Cleared cache, rebooted phone, force stop then tried to open it again, eased up memory space still no solution.

    Her smartphone is not rooted, we have almost similar specs and same brand of smartphone and mine is working perfectly and really having a hard time to figure out what to do on it. Last resort is hope for the next update will be issued and cross fingers its going to fix the glitch, bugs etc. Thanks for the response.

    I had a simular issue. And my solution was to update the OS to something slightly newer.

    Hmm i see, problem is regarding android software update is that there will be problems in your phone that will occur after updating it. Not worth it just for Avabel, I wish the administrator would look to this simple problems of the customer, it's been weeks already since the latest update, their losing customer's over this kind of issues. XD

    ...this is a fan made fourm. I hope you know this. Any Solutions that might be presented to you are often fixes from other players who had simular issues.

    I regret updating the iOS but all the iphone does at this point is for avabel. So it was a logical choice. Fyi you also dont have to goto the newest OS for android but you can try and find something slightly newer.

    So i havent really played much since the new update because the game crashes to much. It happens within 1 minute and 1 hour. Is there anyway to resolve this?

    Welcome to avabel. This game is known for that lol.

    To me it sounds like a ram issue. My samsung has only 2g ram (thats a fair amount for a cell) but 1-1.5g of the ram is filled with things i cant seem to get rid of without risking phone failuar. A friend recommended a ram cleaning app and it seems to make the game run smoother. I havent crashed once while useing this app.

    Its called clean master. It has a small broom as the icon

    Make sure to ask others about ways to further reduce it.

    Thanks im most likely going to download it asap i just ran a challenge dungeon and it crashed on the last boss

    It wont hurt to try because if it doesnt work you can always kill the app from your device.

    Off chance what info does it target aside from credit cards.

    Well like some know my phone rooted and I use SD maid I think it can be used non root but don't quote me on that.

    Hi guys!

    I do have a situation. I'm currently playing on two devices, one is an android and one is an iOS. The problem is that my iOS (iphone 4) crash like hell and I'm so annoyed because it happens all the time. My iOS characters (1mage, 1gl) are just my alts for farming but it's vital on my money making. So I need to know, is it possible to transfer my iOS characters into my Android which has an existing account (where my main can be found) and play both together considering changing only gmail accounts? For example, my main is email A and I have email B. I will transfer my iOS account to email B. Can I play both email A (95 Gl, 60 SN) and email B (83 Mage and 60 GL) on ONE ANDROID device safely? If so, please teach me how to do so. I'm using Huawei Android Tab..
