Authorization failed (collection)

    Ok so mostly everyone knows I am having a SERIOUS issue with loading Avabel.
    Here is the situation.....

    Avabel hasn't been loading properly for me and a lot of other people I have spoken too.
    It was just ridiculous load times of new maps at first. I contacted Avabel for help.
    Did the cache clean, uninstall, reinstall and still no help with problem.
    Currently my acct loads to fl1 and black screen.
    After cleaning cache AGAIN uninstall and reinstall it still logs me into fl1 black screen.
    Avabel says my data is corrupt. My option....

    DELETE my character so I will lose a 47 lvl wr and 15 avatar items all the sharp/hard
    crystals I have been saving for when I hit 50 and all my items. Lose my EVERYTHING.
    On top of that Avabel my never for sure work right unless they fix their end because my Acct is corrupt and is tied to gmail.
    That's why I am so upset.
    What the *$#@ am I suppose to do!!!!

    Before you delete your chars, put everything in storage. they won't disappear even after you delete all chars and even the game. I've done that before when I first stopped playing the game, and when I returned using the same email acct, the items left in storage were still there.

    I would do that if I could get anything but a blackscreen. I'm out of luck.

    you get black screen even if you're in town? try adjusting the graphic settings of the game. or try to remove some stuff from your device like unused files and games you don't play anymore, cos the game itself, though only shows 40+MB when downloading, it actually uses up to 600+MB (or more) when you load the maps and stuff. I had a slightly similar issue when the shop wouldn't open in my tab. so I deleted some stuff from my tab and viola! it opened. XD

    edit: just a thought, you also might want to try to delete your device's internet browsers cache, history and such. that also can eat up memory on your device.

    I did a factory reset. I have a crap ton of free space I even got a new external sd card.
    Avabel hates me

    Same thing happened to fesu like 4x he deleted and remade.

    It's not just me. My sons have different phones and separate accounts with different cell companies.
    None of them can get on since new update. Galaxy S3 is my phone. They have a Galaxy S4 & Htc something.
    Alora called me she says she is no longer able to use avabel either. She uses IPhone and Ipad.

    I haven't checked but I will let everyone know what they say now.
    I tried to delete an alt acolyte acct to see if delete works. It did not.

    This sucks why did it have to be one of my favorite members. Why not one of the ones that don't donate or just sit at the stall begging :-(

    I can use tablet or phone. 3g, 4g or wifi and try the cache, uninstall, reinstall, etc and same result. It's 100% not me or my device it's Avabel.
