    hmp... I'm not really Japanese myself.... but I don't think there's some direct translation for "Smiggels". Though there's always the way of speaking it out in Japanese-English.
    "スミグル" (=Sumiguru).
    ス = Su
    ミ = Mi
    グ = Gu
    ル = Ru

    The Name base would be "Smiggle" though.. but I can't think of anything else otherwise. :O

    Sorry if this is not to what you would have expected.

    Ahhh ok very interesting. My wife knows some Japanese and she told me basically the same thing but the result was a bit different. I will post what she came up with in a little bit if you are interested to see. haha

    Ok so this is what my wife thinks. I put it into a translator and came out with スミゲルズ but she says,
    that spelling above doesn't really account for any audible linguistic lingering on the double g
    And the end symbol could go eit H e
    ...*either way I guess -

    spelling above has it as "zu", whereas I spelled it with a more literal "su"
    So I suppose a combo of mine and that might be best
    The way I spelled it but it with the final symbol being the one from your spelling
    Considering when said aloud, it's like SMIG-glz
    Rather than SMIG-gls, more often than not
    Just preference so her conclusion was that she thinks it would look like, スミッゲルズ

    Ahh I thought of that last part "su"/"zu" too...but thought that would not have a meaning with my choise of translation so I left it out. :O
    Most of the Japanese choise of words doesn't has names that ends with just "s" so that was also another reason.

    Though I think that スミッゲルズ (=Sumiggeruzu) would indeed fit the whole "Smiggles" name more than "スミゲルズ" (=sumigeruzu) does! (b ºoº)b
