Both cleaver & inferno passive boost str vit & dex so that would be a start. I was following inf before even found the class; Str > Vit = dex. I believe cleaver is str = vit < Dex
I suggest dex vit build, but if u have good enough crystal case... Then you can go full dex rest str... i suggest str, max atk, and vit for crystal cases
